Mary J. Blige is gearing up for an exciting end to 2023 and an even bigger 2024. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul has announced her For My Fans Tour, which will kick off in January. Before hitting the road, Blige will release her 15th studio album, Gratitude, on November 15.
Blige made the announcement during her appearance on Sherri on September 23, where she shared her excitement about both the tour and new music. The tour will feature R&B stars Ne-Yo and Mario as supporting acts. “If you are a Mary J. Blige fan, this is for you,” she said, expressing her deep appreciation for her fans.
While the full tour schedule hasn't been revealed yet, stops will include major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, and more. Fans can sign up for the artist pre-sale on Ticketmaster starting October 1.
Blige also shared the inspiration behind her upcoming album Gratitude, reflecting on her current mindset. "I'm in a constant state of gratitude," she said. "I feel good, I’m healthy, my family’s healthy, and I have amazing fans."
Blige’s celebratory year continues as she is set to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on October 19, further cementing her legacy.
