Bernardo Santillana Rousselon has been in the hotel sector for 27 years, he currently works as Corporate Commercial Director of RCD Hotels® for the Mexican market. The Marketing and merchandising company for luxury properties in Mexico, the Caribbean and the US, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana (the world's first all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel) in the Dominican Republic; Nine properties in Mexico: Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, Nobu Los Cabos, UNICO 20° 87° HotelRiviera Maya -the first all-inclusive luxury concept- and the most recent Residence Inn by Marriott® openings in Merida, Cancun and Playa del Carmen; as well as Nobu Hotel Chicago in the United States of America, he is currently the Marketing Director of the MPI Mexican Caribbean Chapter 2021-2022 and was a founding member of the same chapter 2019-2021 as VP of Marketing.
Recently, Mr. Santillana was recognized as one of the 10 “Mice Leaders | Best of the Best of the MICE Industry 2022” at “The event planner’s readers choice awards” presented by the prestigious MDC Magazine.
